today I have been listening to the two links. thank you, they certainly are very interesting. It is amazing and quite hard to comprehend the vibrant trading that took place all round the Mediteranean and, it seems, from further east, in those far-off times. thank goodness, so much archaeology was done during the 20th century, so that we can benefit from the details that were unearthed.
