Jon, notice the recurring theme from Thanos:
What's fascinating is that Thanos only mentions how he responds when he acknowledges that he's WRONG. Notice that he makes no mention of how he responds when he's sure he's RIGHT and thinks others are wrong, and yet that's what's causing the current tussle.Quote

From what I can glean in his comments, when he thinks he's right, he's obsessed with making sure others acknowledge that he's right, to the extreme of insulting them relentlessly for disagreeing with him. Here and there over the past few months I can tell he's really a good guy, but he just turns into Mr. Hyde when confronting the reality that when he's convinced he's right, others still must be allowed their own right to disagree and assess the evidence in a different way.
I think the recent record clearly shows that neither your nor I have tried to impose our own interpretation on anyone else. And we do not stoop to insulting others for simply disagreeing with us. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for a few others here...
How can any of us ever know, when all we can do is think?
