It sounds like you're asking me to guess what's in your hand. If I knew what evidence you had, I wouldn't be asking for it. I only asked about the evidence that has given so many people the cocksure confidence that the Romans quarried "granite" columns, such as those in the front porch of the Pantheon, from bedrock at Mons Claudianus, 1st c. BC. Right now, I think the evidence is ambiguous and does not point to any single scenario with certainty.
Regarding your question, do you mean to say that you do believe enough evidence has been presented here to make such a claim indisputable, allowing for no possibility of another scenario, including (but not necessarily limited to) the acquisition and repurposing of existing infrastructure?
Do you believe Baalbek was a Roman quarry that they used to build the Temple of Jupiter about 1km away?
