Hi Thanos 5150,
Kafre only exhibits similarities in casing stones at the base. I could say, not at the top of Khufu, but as there are no casing stones extant, it is mere speculation that the limestone casing stones at the base of Khufu were extended to the apex. But, if so, any correlation in casing stone methods is doubtful.
As I have mentioned before, those granite stones at the base of Kafre look to be additions and not original. How could they dovetail in with the remaining integrated blocks at the top? This could be an aborted attempt attempt to reclad Kafre a la Menkaure.

Senefru supposedly constructed three pyramids. Why didn't he choose Giza? Maybe Giza was already occupied. Kafre appears to have been purposefully built at that exact location. If simply funereal there would have been no reason to excavate to the extent they did, prior to construction. Khufu didn't build beside Senefru because of some father/son bond.

I had another look at that thread, "The Pyramid Puzzle." Pretty well sums up my thoughts. And.....it heralded the arrival of the fresh thinkers. There have been a lot of wasted neurons and gigabytes since then.
