You fail to mention the most likely possibility: The iron pc. was dropped there by a worker pillaging G1 Casing stones in or about the 16th Century.
You also fail to mention the marmmalite?, (a marine skeleton of some sort, anyway) impression on the surface of the iron pc....and this could only have been formed w/ the iron pc. resting against a limestone block for a long period of time.
You were so quick to throw Vyse under the bus some months ago in another thread here....But, you see, Mr. Hill didn't plant that pc. and no one in Vyse's employ could've faked that impression because it was impossible to do so.
Intellectual dishonesty doesn't begin to your conduct here Ori....so, now you are attempting to pass off this very same pc. of iron as a genuine remnant of your mysterious, unevidenced, Ancient Genius Race of Pyramid Builders.....LOL....still can't date the pc. either, so your wild speculation is 'safe' for now.
