They had weaving, of course, but they also had early technology for pottery (some beautiful examples of predynastic pottery) as well as baking technology. That may sound trivial but that's the foundation for glassmaking and other fire-based tech such as metalworking.
Weaving (fishnets and clothing and sandals, etc)
Farming, of course (but they didn't have a good understanding of how to efficiently harness animals), general agriculture (improvement in crops and livestock)
Mud-brick making and house construction (even their mastaba tombs show this... the very elaborate "palace facade" construction develops during this time).
Symbol-making (before writing, they had "chop marks"), stoneworking in granite, schist, greywacke (the Narmer palette), sandstone, and jewelry (beadmaking as well, and amulet making)
Painting (lots of painted pottery as well as cave art)
Levers and cranes (shadoufs)
architecturally we have houses, palaces, tombs, walls, ramps, staircases, etc, etc.
That's all I can think of at the moment.
