Well, today we have Ron, Rob, and Don, and we have Roy, Ray, and Jay, and we have Dion, Dina, Diane, and Deanne, and they're all different people.
Why must every cartouche with a chick, serpent, and circle (with or without lines) be referring to a singular 4th Dynasty human named Khufu?
