Thank you very much. I've missed this post so far but there are still a couple dozen I haven't read.
People who aren't familiar with the actual "cultural context" in which the great pyramids exist don't know that the builders essentially said again and again that the kings were cremated. This is just one of many facts that Egyptologists have interpreted out of existence.
I'll add this to my notes.
