Unfortunately I do not and am looking myself. I asked our friend Martin this and he gave me links written in German and French so can't say it did me much good.

I'd be very interested in hearing it.
I'm not trying to be argumentative by raising these questions, but I think there should be a consensus amongst researchers that the other lines of hieroglyphs are equally important to solving this mystery which I find is a subject curiously ignored. Saying the Khufu cartouche is a fake and ignoring the rest isn't good enough because if the rest are genuine then we must ascertain their provenance. Regardless of what is written inside the cartouches or who they are referring to, if we accept even ONE of these to be genuine then that dates it to at least the time of the invention of writing inside a cartouche which by all accounts began in the 3rd Dynasty.
So, if we accept G1 predates the 4th Dynasty but acknowledge the presence of genuine cartouches in the relieving chambers then this means that somehow someway people from the 3rd to 5th Dynasties were able to access them which if G1 were completely finished would be impossible. As I'm sure you are well versed, there were many repairs made to the interior of G1 supposedly after it was completed yet regardless of the relative inaccessibility through the well shaft to make said repairs the question is why make them to a tomb no less, which it wasn't, but any sealed building not meant to be seen by human eyes for all eternity?
The presence of multiple cartouches in the relieving chambers leave us with 3 possibilities:
1) Every single one of them are fakes.
2) They are genuine made by the builders sometime beginning no earlier than the 3rd Dynasty.
3) They are genuine made by workers from the 3rd Dynasty or later who repaired and/or finished the top section of G1.
Personally, all roads appear to me to lead to #3.
