What fool? Who are you talking about? Name them and let your wild theories stand up to scrutiny. I see Peter Robertson is someone who posted on the blogging site - yes, he does challenge the review findings on the blog, but why should that be a sockpuppet? How many people are out there on the Internet? Why should they all be known personally to you? Why should they be out to get YOU? You have no quibbles whatsoever with the many comments on the blog saying what a wonderful expose of alternative trash it is. They are not sockpuppets?
Anyone who doesn't agree with you is a sockpuppet. Anyone who agrees with anyone else on here that conflicts with you is actually the same person?
Jon and I have something in common - I am not interested in having my personal details broadcast over the Internet. This would be different if I were an author or in any way have a intellectual, reputational or financial stake in this game.
My online names (LonelyAngel/John Smith) come from Dr Who (fellow fans, check out "The Girl in the Fireplace" and "The Family of Blood"). My real name Sean Hunter comes from my mommy and my daddy.
That's all you need to know. You don't need to know my qualifications, or my age, and you certainly don't need to know where I live. Oh, you most certainly don't need to know where I live.
Good Mods can see by IP addresses who are unique posters with one profile (and from even where they are posting), and there is no anonymity on the Internet for the malicious. You can be traced. But I don't want my name plastered over the Internet if it can be avoided, and I certainly wouldn't want it associated with telling a lady she risked getting a glass punched in her face. So stop bleating about smears and face up to your own words.
