It shouldn't need to be said but so many jump to the conclusion that these are tombs dragged up ramps that I'll point it out anyway. Even if Khufu existed and these quarry marks are entirely authentic it only shows that Khufu was the big cheese when the Great Pyramid was built (@100'). It does not in any way suggest that this is his tomb or a tomb at all. It does not support any of the orthodox assumptions. We already "know" this pyramid is "Khufu's Horizon" so these marks simply arem't important except to provide a little color about the builders.
This forms a little bit of the very little evidence we have about the pyramids and their builders. There is no mountain of evidence.
