What reeks here is the moral squalor of someone who imagines it’s acceptable and “smart” to be flippant about so serious a topic as dementia, with no better object than a petty personal insult.
Were you other than an immature little squit, it might have occurred to you that dementia is very much a live issue for those of us with elderly relatives.
There’s a difference between using the phrase “senior moment” in a self-deprecating way and using it as an insult, roughly equivalent to the difference between a Jewish joke told by a Jew and a Jewish joke told by Julius Streicher.
