As a resource it is interesting, particularly the photo of the actual cartouche, but I do not "cite" Rick Richards which is why I separated the latter comment and revisited the topic later in the post resourcing another link, among others, noting it debunks the forgery idea. Among the several links I provided the reader can gather enough useful information, regardless of the source, from both sides of the argument and at least garner a foundation to help make up their own mind which is what Wordsmyth was asking for. Like I said, "Regardless of being forged by Vyse or not"....

But I don't care where it came from as long as it is genuine, which you have confirmed it is so to that end "thanks". Debt of gratitude paid. Sounds like you have issues to work out with Rick Richards so I will leave you to it.
