My error. By "advanced tools" I was referring to machines and other tools which we would find advanced like levitation rays or 99% efficient cranes. If such tools were used it is obvious they had to have been brought in from outside. There's no evidence the Egyptians could have developed internal combustion or nuclear age technology.
We certainly can rule out most bumpkin like technology as being completely contra-evidenced. The concept that these people mustta been stumble-footed bumpkins is absurd and wholly unevidenced. It is wrong because good scientific theory must make good predictions. The paradigm lies in ruins.
