There's one huge problem with the "reconstituted rock" theory. One you can't get over. What the rocks are and the structures in them. The limestone the Pyramids are mostly constructed of are Cretaceous to Eocene fusilinid limestone. Fusilinids are a type of large foram....basically a macroplankton. It's actually what makes up most of the limestone....their calcareous shells that sink to the sea floor when they die. The rock also exhibits the sedimentary structures that formed whilst the calcareous muds and chalk deposits the limestone eventually formed from were on the seabed. If they were reconstituted from a slurry or heated and reworked whilst in a plastic condition, the rocks would crumble away and/or lose all their sedimentary characteristics.

With the granites in the Pyramids, especially the Great Pyramid, you also have to be aware of their characteristics and what it takes to shape them. You also have to know about how crystalline minerals grow in liquid phases of melts and about nucleation rates, cooling rates, phase transitions within minerals upon cooling, the effects of liquids on crystal growth (miscibility and immiscibility) etc etc. Unless they had a method of cold casting the stones or a way of growing the rocks at an extremely accelerated rate, it would be next to impossible of shaping any igneous rocks they used without displaying telltale signs that the rocks were altered. At the very least they would show signs of ductile deformation.

If they did cast the stones and then put them in place (much like building with mud bricks), then they had a technology way beyond anything we're presently capable of. If they were capable of that, I would dare say their general level of technology as a civilisation would also reflect that. Far from being supreme ocean going navigators as Graham would suggest, they would be supreme navigators of a far larger and much more mysterious ocean and way beyond anything we're capable of doing. Fingerprints of the Gods, indeed. Only, these ones could do warp 9.
