Why didn't you just admit you didn't have the names in the first place and end this nonsense?
It's interesting to read a bit further where Lehner says "It is unlikely to have been a straight-on ramp, running directly from quarry entrance to near the top of the pyramid since it would have been impracticably steep to reach the higher courses".
So you can't claim Lehner to be one of the "orthodox" types you are so keen to disparage and yet are unable to name.
