"please tell me how many people you believed died or were maimed constructing this huge monument. "
what I can tell you based on the ongoing research at the worker's village. Is that they were wel fed , and well cared for. One of the interred had evdicene of having had his leg crushed...20 years before he died!
I'm sure people did perish in such a large project. But I would hazard that the percentage was lower than the fatalities Building the Grand Coulee Dam . But what does that have to do with Who built it..or Zahi Hawass' honesty????
I have to observe that like Raja...you are bounding all over the place without really following the gist of The thread or any of the sub Threads.
Quite frankly....It makes it hard to exchange pertinent views , in the face oif what to all intents and purposed is an unfocused rant
