Of course! It seems that you're misunderstanding some aspect of the Time River Theory. It does not at all claim that the Nile was created around 10,500 BC or whatever. That's just when the Nile and Lake Victoria were linked, and such.
Also, I should perhaps clarify that the theory is not suggesting that there was no 'time' before 10,600 BC or after c. AD 2100. It's really more about cycles and shifts of time (specifically of human civilization).
