The book of Enoch is referred to in the New Testament book of Jude ( is in fact quoted word for word ).

Jude 1:14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, "Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,"

Enoch 1:

Chapter 1

The words of the blessing of Enoch, wherewith he blessed the elect and righteous, who will be living in the day of tribulation, when all the wicked and godless are to be removed. And he took up his parable and said -Enoch a righteous man, whose eyes were opened by God, saw the vision of the Holy One in the heavens, which the angels showed me, and from them I heard everything, and from them I understood as I saw, but not for this generation, but for a remote one which is for to come. Concerning the elect I said, and took up my parable concerning them:

The Holy Great One will come forth from His dwelling, And the eternal God will tread upon the earth, (even) on Mount Sinai, [And appear from His camp] And appear in the strength of His might from the heaven of heavens.

And all shall be smitten with fear And the Watchers shall quake, And great fear and trembling shall seize them unto the ends of the earth.

And the high mountains shall be shaken, And the high hills shall be made low, And shall melt like wax before the flame,

And the earth shall be wholly rent in sunder, And all that is upon the earth shall perish, And there shall be a judgement upon all (men).

But with the righteous He will make peace.

And will protect the elect, And mercy shall be upon them.

And they shall all belong to God, And they shall be prospered, And they shall all be blessed.

And He will help them all, And light shall appear unto them, And He will make peace with them.

And behold! He cometh with ten thousands of His holy ones To execute judgement upon all, And to destroy all the ungodly:

In the last line, the word myriad in greek means ten thousand. The last line is quoted directly by Jude since Enoch is older (dated at least 100BC) than Jude.
A version of this book was found amongst the dead sea scrolls confirming it's authenticity as the preciously found Ethiopian enoch was much disputed. The book of Enoch was tossed out of the bible simply because it referrs to the watchers and their fall and procreation with human women to produce giant, bloodthirsty offspring.

I think the reference in Enoch which Mako referrs to is the following:

And Azazel taught men to make swords, and knives, and shields, and breastplates, and made known to them the metals of the earth and the art of working them, and bracelets, and ornaments, and the use of antimony, and the beautifying of the eyelids, and all kinds of costly stones, and all colouring tinctures. And there arose much godlessness, and they committed fornication, and they were led astray, and became corrupt in all their ways. Semjaza taught enchantments, and root cuttings, ‘Armaros the resolving of enchantments, Baraqijal (taught) astrology, Kokabel the constellations, Ezeqeel the knowledge of the clouds, Araqiel the signs of the earth, Shamsiel the signs of the sun, and Sariel the course of the moon. And as men perished, they cried, and their cry went up to heaven...

The reference to Azazel explains a lot about the Jewish day of atonement and the scapegoat ( as in the bible )

Leviticus 16:8 And Aaron shall cast lots upon the two goats; one lot for the LORD, and the other lot for the scapegoat. {scapegoat: Heb. Azazel}

Clearly Azazel was the culprit here too.

Other books referred to in the bible are Jasher and Jubilees, both of which include references to the watchers (angelic beings).

In the book of Enoch, the fallen angels are chained in darkness until judgement day and most of their offspring(Gibborhim or giants) kill each other the rest are drowned, but their spirits are left on earth (demons?). It becomes confusing though, because Enoch says that 200 rebel watchers(angels) descended to earth at MT Hermon in the days of Jared. According to the bible, 1/3 of the angels followed satan. but Jesus said:

Matthew 26:53 Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?

which translates to 12 times 6826 - quite a lot more than 600 (ie 200 times 3)

so that means that not all the "rebel angels" descended at that time or even came to earth at all - only Azazels group did. The rest either descended later or are still somewhere else
