> I doubt an artisan well is likely here simply because Giza is riddled with caves
Hi Cladking,
It would not be necessary, only to be on the Giza Plateau. Can you run Google Earth? I will show you two good candidates, one of which has water in it. They are grouped together. 4.5 miles from the Pyramids.I could show you 12+ more. You just need to look for them, using Google Earth, and playing with different times, as the Satellite passed over. That water is 323 feet in elevation, while the back of the Pyramids are only 282 feet. The straight line is for reference. A canal would follow a different path.
I am convinced, water is no longer an issue. It was plentiful during the construction of the Pyramids.
