How do you think a civilisation of millions survived in a desert for 5 or 6 millenia?
If you drink the water of some mountain lakes and rivers in BC, you can get sick.."Beaver Fever". If you drink it all the time you do not.
Billion of people in the world drink water that you and I would rather not.

I thought the debate was between drinking water from a Well vs the Nile. In my opinion, the Well would be better. That is all I am saying.
I certainly don't want any "Beaver Fever". :)
