You must take into consideration that the see-saw(aka-teeter-totter per cladking)is maybe not known in some parts of the world. I know you're having trouble explaining it,...but I think I have a solution-
Go to a wall(any wall will prolly do), and stand about 6 inches from it. Now, lean forward a little(I think it helps if you lean into it some). Now, rapidly bang your forehead against the wall ten or fifteen times(but you can go more if you think it will help).
