Oh, the irony!!!
Pictures of tiny ramps leading to tiny pyramids do not suggest how great pyramids were built. Remember the great pyramids came first. Egyptology would have us believe that they just didn't want to build large any longer. Remember as well the steady progression in architecture from mastaba to step pyramid. Where is your evidence any of the tiny little piles of rubble were stepped. Not that it would surprise me especially in the tiny pipsqueak pyramids were sometimes stepped as well but with structures so small and the amount of lifting required to build them it just doesn't matter how they were built. Frankly I have little doubt that most or all of the tiny imitation pyramids were actually built with ramps. The question in this thread is how were the great pyramids built; how were G1 and G2 built?
The fact there is a flimsy underbuilt sloping passage that leads to an area away from G1 hardly constitutes evidence that G1 was built with ramps. It has never been my contention that it's impossible some evidence can't be interpreted to support ramps. My contention is that it's impossible to have built G1 with ramps and any evidence to the contrary is being misinterpreted. I could tell you exactly what this "ramp" was and provide extensive supporting evidence but you won't read it. You'll snip my post and call me an "idiot".
So show your evidence ANY great pyramid was built with ramps. The fact is the actual physical evidence, cultural context, and logic all agree there were no ramps. They never used the word "ramp" not because there was no such thing but rather because they were so insignificant that the word was never even used in the PYRAMID Texts. You are suggesting tens of thousands of workers lived and died on ramps but no one ever thought to use the word in the tombs of the builders or the extensive writing that actually survives.\
I don't understand how anyone can believe in ramps in light of the evidence. Of course you can believe what you want and I won't call you an "idiot". I won't even suggest you are incapable of critical thought. I will suggest that just like all of us you see only what you believe.

Man fears the pyramid, time fears man.
