If we recall, the Wadi al-Jarf administrative documents connected with the Merer diary give a date of the 13th cattle count yet this is considered the 27th year of reign. I assume this is the same here where though the 16th occasion is noted this marks the 17th year of reign.

This reprint is from the 1997 book Guide to the Pyramids of Egypt, by Alberto Siliotti, with preface by Zahi Hawass. It would be interesting to know what the original source of this drawing is (apparently Lepsius?), though regardless, Hawass as I quoted confirms the existence of an equivalent in G1.
