Yes I know, but you still may be able to render the Lightbody method ineffective in 2800 B.C., because the excursion of Thuban around the NCP is only circa 11 arc-minutes according to a quick check (please confirm) as opposed to in 2590 B.C., when it was 81 arc-minutes I believe David reported. A successful alignment with the NCP depends on adequately separated excursion extremes on diametrically opposed sides. In 2800, that separation may be too little to be able to draw a line with confidence. Well, let's see what you think of the Belmonte method.
