I am adding this observation with a notice of the SYMBOLS of astrology: human figures and creature figures.

Aries-creature

Taurus-creature

Gemini-two human indentical humans (signifying a double exposure of human astrological traits, sometimes opposing and sometimes adorning the humanity of such a sign of hope and honor).

Cancer-creature

Leo-creature

Virgo-human innocence and eternal wisdom.

Libra-sometimes human plus balance and sometimes just barely sane (scales only)

Scorpio-creature

Sagittarius-half human half creature, a dichotomy of opposites

Capricorn-creature

Aquarius-human with benefits, living waters

Pisces-two identical very ancient opposing creatures, hope or despair

Obviously, the four (and half sagittarius) figures are significant, yet ONLY Aquarius provides living waters, whereas Libra offers balance, Virgo offers purity, sagittarius offers human/creature battles of mind and heart, and Gemini offers settlement and/or dispute depending upon the graph of a birth chart.

Therefore, Aquarius is the MOST BENEFICIAL SIGN of them all because of both being human and of being a universal benefactor to all humanity through the gift of living waters to all.

Remember, each personal chart is unique and telling of one's disposition. I am Leo, and struggling to be human. That's my story. Yet, I strive to be excellent and sane, with bravery.

In my studies I came across a bit about Leo being the sign over the Sphinx, when it was constructed. No surprise there since it is self evident. That is now the FIRST HALF of the preccesional cycle of the wobble of the Earth around the whole Zodiac. Now, we enter the second half in Aquarius.
