I know, right. That Trump stuff is such delusional nonsense.

The idea that Trump is somehow the fulfillment of prophecy is ROFL funny (him becoming an ingredient of opportunity for those looking to have a prophecy come to fruition, OTOH, ...). Now, I can easily see how a demon might control him by posing as some sort of long-haired orange animal constantly perched atop Trump's head, sinking controlling tendrils through his scalp, but I've yet to hear Smith rant about that.

At least I find Smith listenable and a bit entertaining. So many of the people I've been sampling make it painful to extract useful information. I really thought I had closed the door on giving any serious attention to people who believe in this manner decades ago. I was inoculated through having been dragged to so many charismatic services of various Christian faiths during my adolescence (I even met Rushdoony once, though I had no idea what a Rushdoony was at the time).

What I'm looking for is the ideas contained in those ancient books presented in a way I can most easily extract for use in my understanding of reality. There are all sorts of limitations on my ability to understand, I'm just trying to work toward having the overall limitation being the least it can be.
