This is exactly what you have done here. You have demonstrated how the north wall circuit = the approximate for pi 22/7. Are you saying it's only an accident?? 62 6/7 cubits??? 22/7. Or what??

And also if your circuit were a circle then the diameter = 20 Royal cubits I suppose, you haven't said or given the length of your cubit but I may have missed it so then...
20 RC = 500 digits = 31.25 feet the Babylonian value for pi 3.125 and 31.25 x 13.2 inches = 412.5 inches the length of the Kings chamber.
All an accident ???
