In the video below the waves are initiated at the tank circumference. Yours are initiated at the centre by the spinning disc.
Same result. Concentric Spike Waves.
You have multiple smaller standing spike waves due to the crossover of repeating pulse fronts and reflected repeating pulse fronts.
Your spinning disc is acting as a very effective centrally located pulse generator. I'm very highly impressed.
Which is what I think you may have discovered with the rotating Schist Disc.
The water itself isn't being moved, the wave pulses and reflected pulses travelling through the water combining to produce 'standing concentric spike waves'.
If this hangs together there will be one critical RPM where the waves appear to be static. The critical RPM determined by the relative circumference of the tank and the spinning disc.
