I did not calculate the date - it is the time of 4th Dynasty Egypt, that historians allocate to the construction of the Great Pyramid at Giza. It is supposedly corroborated by radio carbon dating. (Egypt-ologists claim that it was commissioned by a king named Khufu, for his interment... some 2,000,000 stone blocks that say: 'pi' :o) The numbers 280 Height & 440 Length of one side, being its dimensions in Egyptian Royal Cubits.

Ancient writings, that speak of the earliest of times, which imply the gods, mention 440 x 440cu...(1760 ×25 = 44000) referred to in my post to Jacob.
(you cannot corrupt the figure, as you did in your post 441×4=1,764 ...44100)

Considering the Edfu texts, the epoch circa 2500 BC could be pushed back even further... It could be argued however, that since the height of 280cu is not mentioned in the texts it refers to a base area only. Therefore, at very least, the date that is contemporary with the historically acceptable era of the physical monument, which if measured in height (by using the same system of Cubits) produces the number 280. Thus we can deduce that 'pi was conceived' when the GP was conceptualised by the architect and subsequently 'written in stone'...

Inferring that the 'seven Sages' arrived with that knowledge around 9000 years prior to when the Greek, Diodorus of Sicily, Italy, travelled to Egypt, where he obtained information from priests of such for his chronicles, during the 1st century BC.
