DavidK, 0.0007 of a foot was used at Avebury. Was it now? Maybe in your spreadsheet, but 5000 years ago, I don't think so, and just how did "they" measure the mean lunar period to eight decimal places? I'm not expecting an answer to these and other questions beyond more numbers by the way.
There may be something in your equation crunching that could be relevant to all this one day, but when you make daft claims like these and drop in Alexander Thom; NASA and John Michell as back up for it are you really surprised at my reluctance to go along with it.
I don't have a problem with you personally DavidK, or anyone else theorising on here, just your insistence on rewriting history according to your calculator and not a lot more.
