This number that Jim quotes works in strange ways.

First the Acre

43650 / 99 x 100 = 44000

44000-43560=440 the base unit one side of the GP.

23040 / 440 = 52.36363636 x 7 = 366.5454545

So using the canon

366.5454545 x 360 x 1000 = 131956363.6 /5280 = 24991.73554

24991.73554 / 25000 x 22/7 = 3.141818181818 Fibonacci Pi using the canon of ancient measure that was around a long time before Fibonacci.


I am using Jim's unit and also the acre and also the canon so not my numbers.
