Just had another go
299792458 speed of light in metre calculation
599584916 times 2
6939.640231 divide by 86400
365.2442227 divide by 19
131487920.2 multiply by 360 x 1000
24903.01518 divide by 5280
this is a whisker away from the canon solar days per year per Michell at 365.242.
Pretty close to the Earth equatorial circumference, but somehow it gives 40000000 metres as the circumference or something very close to it. I still have not convinced myself that it is anything other than a natural occurrence.
