This unit 39.375 has given me the chance to put my theory about ancient metrology to the test.
The theory is - everything that is needed to be known about ancient metrology has already been discovered it just requires a consistent interpretation of all the relevant discoveries, this is what i have tried to put together.
The machinery that allows consistent interpretation is Michell's Canon of Ancient Measure, we just have not realised what it does and how to use it.
Only two units of ancient measure (megalithic) have been discovered in the field and they are the Alexander Thom Megalithic Yard ATMY(2.72 imperial feet, 32.64 imperial inches)and the Harris and Stockdale Megalithic Foot HSMF (1.1785 imperial feet, 14.142 imperial inches).
I used the canon to prove that the HSMF is actually a scaled down version of the imperial system as follows:
14.142 x 16500/16499 = 14.14285714 ( this is 99/7) x 2.8 = 39.60.This is the Saxon yard and is used in the Aubrey circle at Stonehenge and is the preferred system of Jim Wakefield and Hugh Franklin and this cannot be a coincidence, both insist these Saxon units are megalithic in origin.
So already I am absorbing the work of 4 metrologists when I use the unit 39.60 imperial inches. Once the Aubrey circle is involved the work of Thom comes into play and his unit is 39.60 x 34/33 = 40.8, not forgetting that Petrie and Stukeley used the imperial system (Saxon system) at Stonehenge. 3 more joining the party and Stephen is hosting it bringing 39.375 into the mix.If Howard Crowhurst is invited he will bring 39.37 to the table and also the work of Thom. Bill Wilkinson needs to be invited because he has discovered that the distance between the Sanctuary and Woodhenge is exactly 81600 imperial feet 15 Thom miles so he reinforces Thom's unit of 40.8.
Stukeley's unit the brilliantly titled Druid's Cubit is 20.8 inches and this aligns with Thom's unit as follows ( we have to use Thom Pi)
20.80 x 1632/520 = 65.28 (This is Thom's unit 40.8 x 1.6)
So who is at Stephen's table?
Thom,Harris,Stockdale,Stukeley,Petrie,Franklin,Wakefield,Wilkinson, Crowhurst and last but not least Macaulay as the guest of homour.
10 people whose work can be summed up in 4 units.
40.80 imperial inches
39.60 imperial inches
39.375 imperial inches
39.37 imperial inches.
The canon is not even needed to decipher the code.
The unit of translation is 39.375 - 39.37 = 0.005.
40.08 / 0.005 = 816
39.60 / 0.005 = 792
39.375 / 0.005 = 785
39.37 / 0.005 = 784
So the work of all the above metrologists is combined using this scalar system.
The canon is even more illuminating. 39.60 can be scaled against the standardised circumference of 25000 imperial miles that the scale operates against. This is 132000000 imperial feet representing 366.666r solar days.
Using the scale gives unit / circumference / solar days
40.800 136000000.000 as 377.777r solar days
39.600 132000000.000 as 366.666r solar days
39.375 131250000.000 as 364.583r solar days
39.370 131233333.33r as 364.537r solar days
The difference in imperial feet and imperial miles between each unit below is identified
40.800 4000000.000 757.757r miles
39.600 750000.000 142.045r miles
39.375 16666.66r 3.156r miles.
39.370 no comparative
The canon encompasses all the units and it is very clear that a unit of 1.1111 Earth days (10/9) translates the solar days expressed by Thom's unit and the imperial unit.
340 x 1.111r = 377.777r
330 x 1.111r = 366.666r
It is also clear that the unit 1.01010101010r (100/99) translates the differences between the Solar days.
757.757r / 1.01010r = 750
142.045r / 1.01010r = 140.625
3.156r / 1.01010r = 3.125
As Thom would have said, it is possible to say with a probablity amounting to a certainy that the Canon of Ancient measure is a system facilitating the prediction of an eclipse.
The evidence is quite compelling.
Within the Canon 1.46666r solar days (the eclipse unit) is represented by 528000 imperial feet, being 100 miles, a unit of sacred measure based on Thom's analysis.
