Thanks for this clarification on names, and you are so right about this 40/3 ratio showing up in the GP, as both I and Jacob will attest to further evidence he provided in his analysis of my ancient coinage weights topic last Feb. mentioned here:

That was an extremely interesting study and discussion, but I never thought it would lead back to those ancient stones of Stonehenge again back then. I'll have to back paddle a few more posts to show you more of the salient topic points, that led to Jacob's analysis found here:

So it's well founded to say that this ancient Megalithic system was still in place during the recorded historic era of these later civilizations as the Persians and Greeks, who understood it's fundamental workings in other activities of commerce other than just astronomy.
