Hi David,
This formula popped into my head again while examining a few particular properties of Light refracted through a medium such as Water, being that same ratio you mention of 4/3 usually expressed as 1.333r. As mentioned in this Wiki article here:
[en.wikipedia.org]
<In optics, the refractive index or index of refraction of a material is a dimensionless number that describes how light propagates through that medium. It is defined as
n = c v , {\displaystyle n={\frac {c}{v}},} n={\frac {c}{v}},
where c is the speed of light in vacuum and v is the phase velocity of light in the medium. For example, the refractive index of water is 1.333, meaning that light travels 1.333 times slower in water than in the vacuum.>
Ok, so the equation formula shown in this excerpt didn't translate into it's graphic equivalent in the article, but you get the idea. Sometimes I like to go off on a real bender tangent when working on this SOL mystery, and decided to exam some of what Andrew mentioned earlier regarding the refraction index of light in such phenomena as Moondogs. Kinda goes with the weather here now since tonight we are expecting atmospheric ice crystal precipitation anyhow, and it's still a relatively large Lunar portion, currently waning from full, so it might be possible to see some of those Lunar prismatic coronal colors tonight.
So I decided to plug in my already known value of the AE RC unit SOL value 57.375 Radian unit, divided by the 3/4 ratio to obtain the reduced SOL speed in Water, which came to 43.03125 units. Now when I see a figure like this with fractional remainder .03125, I know I'm looking at decimal units of 64 or the cube of 4, and likewise a good divisor of this value being the cube of 3 or 27. But then I got to thinking about using this ratio squared on this reduced SOL term, as 43.03125 x (64/27)^2 = 241.77777r. Does this value ever show up in your Megalithic calculations? How about if I factor it further x 9/2 ratio = 1088.
Just mixing a few Physics calculations into those Astronomical calculations of yours is all.
Best regards,
Stephen
