Hi Marko,
The GP dimensions of 55^2 = 3025 / 8 = 378.125, squared + 481.25 squared, gives a GP slope of 612.0294749 x 2 = 1224.05895 Ft. Nice Net and Fishes. Just a little residue to clean up.:) And yes, base 17 units are what I am using in my commas to adjust Polar Rad., to Meridian Rad. as 17 x 37 = 629/630 ratio. And also 17 x 33 = 561/560 to adjust Meridian to Equatorial Oblate Earth sphere in my model. I was hoping Jacob or someone would see the divisional factors of a Circle divided into 560 x 3600 parts = an individual fraction of decimal .155555 x the Old Meter value 39.375 ins. = 6.125 x 2 = 12.25 ins. This divisional factor allows the additional part = 561 adjustment for the Equatorial in the simplest integer possible to account for the difference in those dimensions. To say this was unknown by the AE's, and maybe other culture's long ago, gets more difficult to believe all the time in this case. There are too many residual stories, parables, etc., that convey this information still being passed around to this day. Thanks for your post input, but you might want to recheck your calculation of that 418 /22/7 = 133, not 153 :)
Best regards,
Stephen
