It demonstrates that absolutely anything smaller than and including the granite coffer could have been easily transported to the finished KC through the AC passageways.
Nothing larger than the granite coffer could have been transported into the KC.

So yes, you are correct in your observation. A human being can be transported or transit into into the KC.
