Solving all this will be an enormous task that raises more questions than it answers. Most of the mysteries will evaporate but many new questions will arise.
I believe the ancient "sceptres" weren't really "magical wands" at all but were actually "symbols of power" that represented tools and machine parts. The "ba-sceptre" was a weir through which all the power to build a pyramid flowed.
I don't know why this "sarcophagus", "antechamber", GG, et al have the properties they do but I think you're on the road to a solution. My favorite ideas about what they were for was recently shot out of the water but even then I knew there was a lot I didn't know. What I did know proved to be wrong. For it to have actually been a weir seems unlikely since there was no reason to employ one at this point and there should be water staining if it were.
