Ironically, that you would treat all "revisionism" as a single homogeneous group that causes you such "revulsion" only further confirms how traditional thought has backed itself into a logical deadend, with its blinded mob psychology that's incapable of discerning the grain from the chaff. That the funicular system is so much more powerfully plausible than thousands of late stone agers in loin cloths hauling massive stones along a slippery smooth surface is a poster child example of the obsolete thinking you are hostiley imposing here.
