Yes, good catch. That says Mehit....in this context it means north. When Mehit is determined with the lioness the goddess is meant and we see the goddess in association with a bent rod, a symbol heretofore untranslated and improperly classified as a hieroglyph in the mooring post family. We believe this is one of Egypt’s most ancient symbols and I have brand new evidence that it is ultimately something they saw right above the constellation Leo. This is proof positive that the AE at least as far back as DynI saw a lion in Leo. You can see this yourself if you look at Leo on a clear predawn night sky right now in October....look east and everything will make sense. From this early origin at some point it became associated with a title conferred to the master scribes of the kings and we believe its meaning is key....ie the master scribe controlled access to the royal library and and association with Mehit point us to the Great Sphinx because it is marked residing in Rostau...Giza and the neck rings on Mehit can be seen on a remaining neck ring on the Great Sphinx. All the details are in the article which you can download for free from Archeological Discovery...and that was our intent...we did not want people to have to spend money to have access to this.
Robert also just wrote a great more user friendly version in issue 126 of Atlantis Rising, the new issue just coming to shelves now.
