Remarkably consistent width and depth (20-22cm and 12-15cm respectively) and there seems to be a 'standard guage' of 112-144cm.
Interesting coincidence here with the number 144cm as the length of the base of the Great Pyramid normally stated as 230.4m and 755.90551 imperial feet / 16 = 47.244094 imperial feet = 144cm exactly. The number of minutes in a day 1440 x 16 = 230.4.
