Hah! I was going to suggest sleds or runners but that's even better. Those pics do look remarkably like the tracks in Turkey and Malta etc.
Of course the immediate next question is, who in the hell has a ski stance as wide as those tracks??
At least it could explain why some of the tracks go right off cliff edges. Someone was gettin' their jump on, lol.
Also, the single tracks are snowboarders.
