I do not believe so. The elevation of terminal point blocked by strange doors (and who knows what beyond) is higher than the completely sealed RC's. They could not have been sealed (to the point of requiring extensive gunpowder blasting )post construction above that level. No way of bringing in the size of required blocks to seal any spaces for graffiti scrawling later Khufu work crews. The RC's are required to relieve deflect the weight baring on KC.
Anyway, it would be a rather weird odd shape, very steep sides required to get to "airshaft terminus points. Much steeper than Meidum or Bent and the later seemed to have been a difficult stretch, in slope, according to some views.

I look forward to any comment /clarification from Thanos but I think he is merely thinking (speculating) a much smaller , unrelated to final pyramid shape structure.
ie Khufu came up with the dimensions and shape of the overall pyramid (blueprints) we know today , including the slight 8 sides etc. If such a smaller original structure existed then whatever was at QC level may not even have been the shape size of QC nor necessarily that the GG a narrow corbelled enclosure eg speculate Ziggurat like wide staircase?.
Not much (any?) direct evidence of such, only perhaps similar stuff to the seeming enhancements of other structures, as previous briefly described.
If such older original structures existed (I am not suggesting any definite agreement or endorsement) then perhaps that might go towards helping to explain the incredibly short build times and especially Snefru undertaking 3 separate unexplained convincingly as necessary projects (albeit apparently a long reign/life)
