Rutherford's affiliation was The Institute of Pyramidology once located at 25 Ennerdale Avenue Dunstable, Bedfordshire, Great Britain, and more recently at 31 Station Road, Harpenden, Hertfordshire. His 4 volume "Pyramidology" was published by C. Tinling & Co., Ltd., London, Liverpool and Prescot.
