Has it not occurred to you that the gap in the floor might indicate that the original flooring was removed? Likewise for the QC?
Do you think the hacked up nature of the lower AP represents the best workmanship the builders were capable of during primary construction?
Do you believe that what we see there today is all it ever was from the day it was completed?
