How is that a defense of cladking's interpretation of the PT? My notion about the "true" pyramids being far older than the Dynastics has nothing to do with cladking's interpretation of the PTs. I've considered the Gizamids to be far older than the Dynastics many years before I saw cladking's interpretation of the PTs. If anything, I took issue with cladking's comment by suggesting the possibility that any number of intervening cultures may have mutated, mischaracterized, and relayed the PT narratives between the time of the original builders and the Dynastics. But I said nothing about his interpretation of the PTs.

My point about your "logic" stood on its own merit (until Thanos pointed out the logical flaw which I've since openly acknowledged) and had nothing to do with cladking's interpretation of the PTs. You are attempting to invoke a link that simply doesn't exist.

Huh? How is that considered a "support" or "defense" of cladking's interpretation of the PTs? If anything, I put Hanslune's position on equal footing as his and offered him (Hanslune) the opportunity to explain why his perspective better fits the evidence. As such, I'm "defending" Hanslune as much as I'm defending cladking since I never declared which perspective (Hanslune's or cladking's) is the best fit for the evidence. In fact, that you would get so defensive about my comment suggests to me that you realize the traditional argument might not be the best fit which is why you considered my comment to be a defense of cladking when it clearly is not.

Yes, do feel free todo cut/paste anything else, because you have not made an iota of a point that supports your claim that I've somehow defended or supported cladking's interpretation of the PTs yet.

You and others keep harassing me over and over again on just about every other comment I post, and yet I'm the beliigerent troll? That's hilarious. You may think you've made a point here, and you have, just not the point you intended to make. The point you made is that despite the clear fact that I've never stated whether I subscribe to cladking's interpretation of the PTs, you feel this strongly that I have, and you've taken the time to make this large post without even realizing that there's NOTHING in your post to suggest I support or defend cladking's interpreation of the PTs. That is a pretty clear sign that you're getting defensive about the standing of your own argument.

Wow, how pompous can you get, Avry?

First, get something straight. I am under no obligation to explain a damn thing to you. What I post is what I volunteer to post, just like anyone else. You are in no position to demand anything from me. That you would presume such audacity, especially considering the shocking weakness of your argument here, simply shows how frail the orthodox narrative has become.

Second, why are you implying that I have so much credibility such that it takes so much effort from you, eyeofhoru33, etc. to attempt to deflect, discredit, and vilify? Do you not believe your own centuries-old hard-earned arguments can stand on their own merit amidst other, newer perspectives that might disagree with tradition? What do you find so threatening that you would resort to such a hostile series of posts here?

Third, cladking is absolutely entitled to post his own opinions as are we all. While I do take issue with his insistence that his interpretation is correct and everyone else's is wrong, he nevertheless doesn't resort to harassing insults or personal ad hominem remarks. I appreciate his civility despite his unproven claim of fact. I give him a wide berth for going it solo, and I do think his perspective is productive in raising concerns that I believe do warrant additional scrutiny, regardless of whether his perspective has a basis in fact. I just think the traditionalists realize the difficult nature of the PTs, but they have hung their hat on the mythical, mysterious, symbolical, and perhaps sometimes meaningless littany of "utterances" and wonder whether there just might be an alternate way to approach those narratives that take the whole picture into account, such as the passage of the narrative through millennia across multiple cultures before they finally were cast into stone.

None. And I never said I could interpret them. In fact, I've openly admitted I haven't read them. At this point, they really don't even interest me that much. I don't care if the PTs included something as straightforward as "The living king hunted a goose with his arrows", such a translation doesn't make it so. And that's because of the concern I have about the translation methods, not the translation, itself. If you weren't so obsessively preoccupied in preserving the self-consistent narrative you would have realized this is what I've been saying from the start.

Finally, do not dare try to decree who is worthy to participate in any discussion here, sir. In fact, in case you hadn't noticed, the more the orthodoxy exposes the kind of weakness you've exhibited in recent posts, the more it ignites the inspiration to reconcile the evidence by developing alternate perspectives.
