He also explained to 'The clueless pontificator who shall be ignored' that the NT was not translated from Hebrew into Greek - as you yourself had explained elsewhere (and earlier) in the thread.
By way of response, he directed Greg to his response to you rather than acknowledge his error in this respect - also similar to his response to you.
In the event Philip reads this, I suggest he types into Google: what language was the New Testament written in
and among the countless posts, he will read for himself something like this:
"Aramaic even became the common language spoken in Israel in Jesus' time, and it was likely the language He spoke day by day. Some Aramaic words were even used by the Gospel writers in the New Testament. The New Testament, however, was written in Greek."
... So the New Testament authors wrote in Greek ... it was therefore, not translated from Hebrew ... as he claimed.
