Good research Racho!
This brings up another interesting question.
I don't believe you'd be as likely to get such a cutting mistake with a circular saw blade as much as a 'band saw', or reciprocating sawing action such as a sawzall all, or saber saw.
But....There seems to be a flaw in the surface of rock, or perhaps a scribed line purposely done that a blade would naturally slip into and follow.
The workers would have see and avoided a natural flaw, so was this done on purpose?

What has been is what will be, and what has been done is what will be done; and there is nothing new under the sun.
Is there a thing of which it is said, "See, this is new?"It has been already, in the ages before us. Ecc 1: 9-10
