this is a monument statue to build belief in the power of a cOntrol circle boundary symbol
which is the 15th letter in our English alphabet O and in many ancient alphabets too
also astrological compass+ to point a misdirection (control of truth)

this would be similar as the Catholic clock obaalisk or ankh, crucifix, triangle symbols as a physical idol



Obaalisk is a 3D TYR ᛏ {fertility/phallus symbol}
which has a 15th letter cOntrol circle as first letter
there is an ancient break boundary symbol too Q

Quoth the ra ven "Nevermore"
QOTau the god come "Nevermore"
QO+au the king come "nEvermore"
